The Paradigm Group team recently enjoyed lunch at Yering Station in the Yarra Valley.
We value the continued efforts of our staff and believe it is important to reward them from time to time.
Upon arrival we enjoyed a personalised tour behind the scenes of the barrel cellar and fermentation hall. We discovered how inquisitive the Paradigm Group team can be.
From there it was onto a delicious lunch. It was a lovely occasion to relax and get to know other team members outside the normal office environment. We all participated in a short Q&A which provided plenty of interesting insights! Part of our internal strategy is to ensure staff have sufficient time to socialise and really get to know each other.
We then concluded the day with a wine tasting experience.
Managing Director Patrick Nalty stated the lunch was an ideal occasion to escape daily duties and infuse some laughter into our team environment. He supports the cultivating of relationships via both strategic initiatives and more relaxed social encounters.
