This month’s staff charity donation goes to Kids Under Cover. Paradigm are proud to support the work of this Not For Profit group dedicated to preventing youth homelessness. Their programs support vulnerable young people between the ages of 12 and 25 who are either already homeless or at risk of homelessness by providing shelter and education. Scholarships are provided to ensure ongoing engagement with education, and small accommodation units are constructed in in gardens behind existing houses to keep young people connected to family and to a healthy home environment.
